If you live near Palisades, NY, you may have seen the signs: NOTICE - SUSPICIOUS ANIMAL SIGHTINGS! Reports of large Black Cats have been reported in or near this NYC suburb causing authorities to be concerned. The felines are said to be larger than mid-sized dogs! Sounds like the premise for a B-Movie!
