What a busy week on the campaign trail - plus my kids went back to school!
Tuesday, I unveiled my Fair Share Plan. My plan will change the 1977 agreement on how the county, cities and towns divide up the sales tax revenue. By modernizing this agreement, we will stabilize and cut property taxes and direct more money to our schools. Wednesday morning, I stopped by Olympic Restaurant in Tonawanda to talk about the Fair Share Plan. I received a great response! Over the next couple of weeks, I look forward to sharing this plan across the county during my countywide diner tour.
