3 Reasons Why You Should Run In Romania And Fall In Love With This Country

I love my country and I love running. That's how I got the idea to promote Romania by running. I mean... it's such a beautiful country! I hope that these videos combining sports, natural wonders, geographical & historical info will convince people from all around the world to run here :) Here is a list of 3 defining places for this country!

1. Retezat National Park (Unesco protected area)

This is from a very special part of Romania: the Retezat National Park, located in Hunedoara county. Even if it's quite a difficult race, you'll get to see Romania from the top. And I promise you: it is amazing!

2. Bucharest - the capital of Romania

Bucharest is the capital of Romania and probably one of the most exciting cities in Europe. Yes, I might be subjective, but visit this city and you'll get to see wonderful places & meet great people. The race happens each October and the weather is perfect. Eager to see one of the largest buildings in the world (the Palace of Parliament) or the spectacular Atheneum? Bucharest is the choice. And I'll be your guide during the race!

3. Saint Anne Lake - a magnificent & breathtaking crater lake

I personally adore this place. I've seen quite a lot of races all around the world, but finishing your run at the Saint Anne Lake will be breathtaking! Just writing this post makes me want to go back and do the race again. Check out the video and you'll get a glimpse of the amazing food, the wonderful musicians, the water springs and so much more. You have to do it at least once in your lifetime!
