Sorority Girls On A Selfie Spree At A Baseball Game Made People Really Mad For Some Reason

"$200 to sit in the ballpark and take selfies."

On Thursday, Reddit user pnw_smalls posted a video of a group of Arizona State students repeatedly taking selfies in the stands of a Diamondbacks baseball game.

Stop what you're doing and watch this video of teens taking selfies at a baseball game http://t.co/sZrf1bxViT

The clip quickly made its way to the front page of Reddit, and also got over a million views after it was posted on Facebook by the page 120 Sports.

In the video, the announcers spend two full minutes making fun of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority girls, with statements like "Hold on, gotta take a selfie with a hot dog. Selfie with a churro. Selfie just of a selfie."

The other announcer says, "Help us, please, somebody help us. Can we do an intervention?"

The video continues to cut to the women while the game goes on. "You know the beauty of baseball is you can sit next to your neighbor and have a conversation," one announcer says. "Or you can just completely ignore them."

People tore into the selfie takers online, criticizing them as spoiled narcissists.

Hey, sometimes your face is more interesting than a baseball game.

Maybe they were just ~feeling their baseball look~, you guys.

And at least they had a sense of humor about it!

If you are watching @FOXSPORTSAZ #Dbacks tonight, here is one of the selfies.

I support you, selfie girls.
