This is Kathy Hollenkamp, a kindergarten teacher at Summersville Grade School in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
Each year, she and her students create a very special Thanksgiving cookbook.
Her daughter Macy Hollenkamp tweeted photos of some of the recipes today, and OH BOY are they good.

"She asks the students about a Thanksgiving dish (IRL) and asks how they think it's made," Macy told BuzzFeed. "She types as they talk."
"She's been teaching for over 20 years and has been doing it just about every year since!" Macy said.
