Because we could all use more Bones in our lives.

This is Karl Urban

He's a 44-year-old Kiwi actor known for his work in many action films and television series.

You may know him as the sarcastically grumpy, yet genuinely lovable Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy from the 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' trilogy.

If you were raised in a household like mine, you may recognize him as this blond beefcake.

Urban as Cupid in 'Xena'.

Or when he was dissing dwarves as Eomer in 'Lord of the Rings."

"I would cut off your head, Dwarf, if it stood but a little higher from the ground. "

Here he is as badass Russian Federal Security Service agent Kirill in 'The Bourne Supremacy."

Only real men can rock henleys, BTW.

As Vaako in the 'Riddick' series, he rocked some bitchin' armor, a rad hairdo and some smokey-eye action.

O.K., so he was kinda a prick in this movie, but STILL.

He's also a damn gift from God.

Flaring nostrils and all.

The man cleans up well, too.
