In what has been widely hailed as the best week ever at Queen’s Law, this epic nine day event series is the best way to get to know your new classmates, meet faculty, staff and the very helpful upper year classes, and to have a ton of fun while doing it.

The LSS Book Sale

The Fall Princess Street Promenade

During the third week of September, the City closes Princess St for fun activities, great sales and general community time. This is a great way to get to know everything that Kingston has to offer!

The McCarthy Tetrault LLP Program on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility

This year’s theme is health and self-assessment of conflicts, competence and capacity in practice management and the intersection of wellbeing with professional and ethical duties

Kingston Rib Fest/Kingston Chili Fest

Raising money for the Partners in Mission Food Bank, and eating delicious ribs from a variety of famous rib and BBQ joints? Count us in! Also available are Blooming Onions, funnel cakes, ice cream, homemade lemonade, grilled corn and poutine. Kingston Ribfest runs from September 9th to 11th in Kingston’s Memorial Park Centre. Movies in the Square

Coming to Kingston for Orientation? Getting settled early? Check out the last Movie in the Square on September 1st at 830 pm. This hugely popular event brings out big crowds, and you can even buy popcorn and cotton candy from local vendors before watching the movie, for free, on the big screen. Lawn chairs are suggested. Clubs Day

Want to find new ways to get involved with Queen’s Law? Wondering how to be a part of our famous Cabaret for a Cure or Lawlapalooza events? Interested in networking or learning more about a specific type of law? Clubs Day is the place for you. With tons of clubs and groups to choose from, you can get involved with fundraising, networking or meet some people who share your extra-curricular interests! Date TBA.

Get familiar with some of Queen's campus art and culture venues

With a notable new acquisition of our third Rembrandt, the Agnes Etherington Art Centre at Queen’s Fall Season Launch is a great opportunity to get familiar with the incredible art offerings on Queen’s campus.
