If you spend your life trying to please people who don’t care about you, you’ll never be happy. Try not to care so much about what others think of you. Don’t forget that you matter!

You need to work on assertiveness.

Although logic is definitely important, you need to know how to strike a balance between logic and emotion. Your bluntness at times could use some work, and you could consider the emotional impact of your actions on other people a bit more. Your intentions are generally good, though. On the positive side, your capacity for directness and getting the job done is invaluable.

You need to work on being kinder.

Stop running away from conflict. Being passive aggressive gets you nowhere. It solves nothing. This can lead to you being covertly controlling and subtly manipulative, without even realizing it. Your feelings are valid, but sometimes the truth needs to come first. But don’t worry, because you can change that!

You need to work on being upfront.

You can’t daydream all day. Those dreams will never materialize if you don’t DO something about what you’re passionate about. If you expect to hold down a steady job in the real world, you need to actually apply yourself. The good news is, you will achieve big things once you get past this hurdle.

You need to work on making your dreams reality.

If you always do what you “should” do and never do what you want to do, you’ll never be content. You may follow the majority’s opinion instead of thinking of your own. The majority is not always right. Take more risks to get out of your comfort zone. Trust me, it’ll be worth it.

You need to work on thinking outside the box.

Calm down and control your impulses, especially as far as money is concerned. Stop breaking bones. An activity doesn’t need to involve risk or danger in order to be exciting. Our modern society is too focused on materialism and short-term gains, so you really need to look beyond the here and now. Try to focus on the things that actually matter in the long-term.

You need to work on being less reckless.
