Laser Babies have invaded the city of New York, in what appears to be a terrorist biogenetic attack. These babies have shown up in trashcans and trunks of taxis, wary of anyone nearby. Powerful laser beams - Baby Beams, as they are referred to as - are shot out of their eyes along with a crying fit. After someone is targeted by these Baby Beams, every baby clones itself.
The city is evacuating now.
