At 19-months-old, Trucker Dukes was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma in 2014. Trucker is a cancer patient at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in New York. Trucker's dad is a firefighter on Maui, Hawaii and Trucker believes he is a firefighter. Firefighters from the most well-loved fire department in the world have adopted Trucker as a little brother. On May 31, 2016, the FDNY will name Trucker an honorary firefighter in an oath ceremony.
