This week, everyone has been talking about an article in The Atlantic that claims there is a major "confidence gap" between men and women in the workplace. Even though working women have made great strides in the last few generations, statistically, "men get promoted faster and paid more." How come? The authors of the article claim that the "failure to break the glass ceiling are missing something more basic: women's acute lack of confidence." So in order to shatter that ceiling into a million little pieces, maybe we ladies could all stand to learn something from Nicki Minaj...
