    25 Highs And Lows Of Being A Pi Chi

    She sets the standard. She's a Panhellenic woman.

    1. When you go to Midtown during recruitment and everyone asks if you’re a camp counselor.

    2. When your friends don’t understand why you need to say “Delta Delta Delta” instead of Tri Delt.

    3. When PNMs preference Kappa Sigma or Alpha Epsilon Pi… and you’re like “Go rewrite your whole preferencing list.”

    4. When you are constantly corrected when you say “house” instead of “chapter.”

    5. When you so badly want to call your PNMs “precious baby angels” or “nuggets” but have to refer to them as “women.”

    6. When you are the only person that knows that Gamma Eta is a Multicultural sorority that was founded at UF.

    7. When you go on multiple other chapter’s date functions.

    8. It makes you nervous to watch people cross 13th instead of using the tunnel…and it’s not even recruitment.

    9. When a PNM is dissing your chapter in front of you, so you make up a fake emergency to get away

    10. When someone asks you what chapter you’re in and you say Pi Chi and they don’t know what that is.

    11. When your PNMs swear they know what chapter you’re in.

    12. When you do something cool over summer and want to post on social media, but you can’t.

    13. When you know random facts about every chapter.

    14. When you eat ALLLL the food in the house moms’ rooms.

    15. When you have to convince your PNMs that going on the bus to Pi Beta Phi will be the best thing EVER.

    16. When your PNM is upset about the chapters she has left and you just want her to realize how great she is.

    17. When you and your Pi Chi group finally bond and become BF4L.

    18. When you have to call Jenna I, because there is a CREEPER ON ROW

    19. When your PNMs keep tent talking and you want to make them stop without being mean.

    20. When you have to resort to wearing old high school tshirts because you own nothing without letters.

    21. When you actually know the signs that one of your PNMs needs help and who to contact.

    22. When you get really angry hearing people talk about the "tier system."

    23. Knowing that recruiting women have to wear uncomfortable dresses all day while you're wearing comfortable tanks thanks to Emily O.

    24. Being proud of how diverse the Panhellenic community at UF is.

    25. When all you want is for the PNMs to realize how amazing they are even if they don't join the Panhellenic community.
