A Legacy from a Legacy Parent

During the 5 years that I've been a KIPP Legacy parent, I've been extremely impressed with the school and its faculty. To say that the leadership is top-notch is an understatement, and the teachers are dedicated, incredibly hardworking, and passionate about learning and about their students. Ms. Francis set the bar sky-high when she founded KIPP Legacy, and I've very seldom seen any of the staff not reach high enough to touch it or surpass it. My kids have had many wonderful, incredible teachers here over the years, some of which have, unfortunately, moved on to other schools. These amazing professionals have bent over backwards without complaint time and again simply to ensure that the kids' educations and development are everything they could possibly be, and there's no way I could ever thank them enough for everything they've done. In fact, I've come to take it for granted that the leadership here ONLY hires exceptional, hardworking, ultra-motivated educators with a long list of incredible skills and the magical ability to simultaneously be consummate professionals of the highest quality and down-to-earth, genuine human beings. My hat is off to each of them. If every school had even a handful of teachers as skilled, passionate, good-hearted, and hardworking as those here at Legacy, the world would be a better place.
