    Ranking NFL Uniform In 2016

One of the best parts of the NFL is the colorful and varied uniforms. Until the season starts, we can take a look at the teams as they stand and rank their uniforms. You're seen enough offseason power rankings: at this point, the only sure thing is that it is far to easy to tell how good any team will really be. The uniforms, though- those we can rank. The best way to do this is by division, to highlight the most intense rivalries in the NFL and see who is really victorious this offseason. Starting with the AFC East, while the Patriots have ruled the division for almost two decades, their uniforms are decidedly average. There's a lot of red, white, and blue combinations in the NFL, and the Pats don't really stand out. The Bills are similar: another red, white, and blue set without much flair. The Dolphins have a garish light blue and orange setup. It's the Jets who take home the title, their simple, yet distinctive green and white standing out from all the blue.

The AFC South is an interesting division. The Jaguars have a controversial uniform, which some people love, some hate, and others just don't understand. The Colts have a somewhat dull blue and white similar to the Jets, but with a less interesting color with the white. The Titans look like they tried to steal Carolina's uniforms. The Texans really take it home, though, with an awesome red and black theme that makes JJ Watt even scarier than he would be otherwise.

The AFC North is home to some of the most intense and physical rivalries in the league, and the uniforms are no exception. The Bengals have another polarizing outfit, with orange and black stripes to suggest a, well, bengal. The Steelers have their iconic black and yellow, which is both cool on its own and legendary because of the franchise's quality play. The Ravens have a nice set of purple uniforms that help them stand out. Lastly, the lowly Browns have disappointing brown and orange uniforms that do little to inspire the fanbase.

The AFC West is rising division, with the rebuilt Raiders and defending champs the Broncos, along with the dangerous Chiefs and disappointing Chargers. Let's get it out of the way: the Raiders have perhaps the best uniforms in the league, with an unbeatable black and silver combination. The dark blue and orange of the Broncos is not bad, but not good, either. The Chiefs look almost like a baseball team in red and white. The Chargers are yet another blue and white team: mediocre.

Moving over the NFC, the East has another blue and white team in the Cowboys, the Giants add a little red, the Eagles have a nice green contrast, and the Redskins finally make it interesting with red and gold.

The NFC South has a great Falcons uniform in red and black. The Panthers have a black and blue that possibly inspired the Titans. The Saints lead the division with their standout gold and white or black outfits, while Tampa Bay shows that it is possible to do red and black badly.

The NFC North is another hotly-contested division. The Lions are blue and white yet again, while the Packers are one of the few and proud green teams. The Vikings demonstrate an excellent purple uniform set, and then the Bears somehow manage to look like the Broncos uniform got put through the wash.

The NFC West has the iconic and eye-popping Seahawks in dark blue and bright green. The Cardinals in red and white are also not bad. However, the 49ers have red and a gold that looks more like dried mustard, and the Rams took that same mustard and mixed it with Seahawks blue.
