Kerry has been a pet lover her entire life, but made her passion a profession in 2006. Closely following pet lifestyle trends and industry news, Kerry assists companies with product development. Kerry is the President of K. Sutherland PR, a boutique public relations, social media and branding agency specializing in the pet industry. With offices in Northern Nevada and Southern California, Kerry and her team produce innovative and personalized campaigns for pet brands to help ensure clients stand out in a cluttered market, and grow business. Kerry’s worked in the pet industry for over a decade and in 2014 was named among the “Top 40 Under 40” in the business by Pet Age Magazine. She regularly authors expert articles and is featured in the leading international pet trade media, and also appears regularly in the general consumer media as a “Pet Lifestyle Expert”, authoring pet stories and appearing on local affiliate news stations nationwide. This winter, Kerry welcomed home a Goldendoodle named Peanut.
