    20 Ways To Treat Yourself For FREE

    Here are a few ways to cater to that special someone: YOU. At no cost either! I'm serious. Stop making that face.

    1. Take a nap. In case you haven't heard, sleep is like, really good for you.

    2. Online shop, and by shop, I mean pretending you’re going to purchase items by simply adding them to your cart.

    3. Have car sex. I recommend finding someone with a nice, roomy vehicle. All you have to do is ask for a ride. They’ll appreciate the sexual innuendo.

    4. Actually, have sex anywhere you’d like. Even with yourself. Masturbation without toys or human contact is possible, and highly fulfilling.

    5. Or, if you’re asexual, focus on pleasuring your tongue like never before. Raid your cabinets for a bunch of snacks, and munch away. Check out these really awesome, Super Bowl inspired recipes to get you started.

    6. Go on Facebook. Seriously. Studies show it can actually make you happy and if you take the time to stalk yourself, reliving old memories will entice you to make new ones.

    7. Get some fresh air. Carpool with friends to a local park, and spend the day on swings, playing Frisbee, setting the grass on fire and singing Kumbaya until the sun comes down, whatever your heart desires (JK ABOUT THE FIRE THOUGH. BE NICE TO NATURE).

    8. Get active. If you’re not much of a runner, go for a walk. Exercise is a top notch stress reliever.

    9. Take a trip to Costco and nab some samples.

    10. Look up upcoming festivals, concerts, plays, etc. in your area that may offer admission at no fee!

    11. Get creative. Bust out those old coloring books, write a poem, draw a picture, etc. There are a million benefits to forms of "Art Therapy."

    12. Have a conversation with someone. Human interaction doesn't have to always suck. It can actually boost your mood a little (or a lot).

    13. Read a book. Or, you know. As many as you'd like.

    14. Or, if you’re not much of a reader (which is fine, only my heart hurts for you), take a magazine, cut out some pictures or cool phrases, and make a cool collage. You can also do this with your own photos, or try your hand at photography.

    15. Netflix until your eyes begin to bleed.

    16. Revamp your social media pages! Change your backgrounds, write a new bio—it's always good to keep your social presence as updated as possible.

    17. Listen to music. [Note: Twerk to music is also an option, if you're not inclined to fall of a wall and bust that ass piñata style).

    18. YouTube stand up comedy routines!

    19. Take a bubble bath. Bust out the candles, turn on some tunes, and get your prune(y skin) on.

    20. Start your very own blog. It's a great way to connect with others in a whole new way. It's also nice to have a digital sphere to place your deepest thoughts, or, your awesome photography album.
