Joe Ades, The Potato Peeling Man, Died

The manic and entertaining vegetable peeler salesman who became a NYC legend has died.

This guy was the highlight of the Greenmarket! Anyway, I'll be making lots of honorary salads with my peeler in his name. RIP.
