ElynneBlueJay you mean protein powder, creatine and massive amounts of natural protein(eggs, meat, etc)? Yup, that certainly does blow up muscle. You also know that the average bodybuilder does 45 mins of hard cardio as part of their workout daily, right? Comparing that to the average 10k pace being somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50 minutes for non-elite runners I’d say she could hold her own.
