Scenes and Songs
Shirley Temple started training at a young age and you can too! In this class, children will work with scenes and songs from contemporary and classic Musical Theatre pieces.
Paper Mill Playhouse Community Chorus
If you're close to being "pitch perfect" and love singing, look no further than our Community Chorus! Our choir performs holiday, contemporary songs, standards and Broadway tunes throughout the season.
Musical Theater
Students explore how to interpret and connect to the lyrics to tell the story in a song. Selection of appropriate material for auditions and performance will be stressed, along with basic vocal technique and breath control.
Acting & Improv
A class filled with improvisation exercises and games that increase performance skills, awaken creativity, and encourage students to accomplish common goals. Who knows, you might be the next Conan O'Brien after this class ends!
Adult Acting
This class is perfect for adults who want to polish their presentation skills or develop basic acting and communication skills that can be used in any walk of life!
Acting For The Camera
An introduction to acting that leads students through the commercial audition process. Video recording allows for instructor feedback as well as the student’s progress. "May the odds be ever in your favor!"
Senior Players
Age is just a number, right? If you're a Senior Citizen who is passionate about theater, our Senior Players class is perfect for you! In this class, seniors explore all aspects of theater performance and production through a selected one-act play.
Voice Lessons
Our private voice lessons help singers of all ages learn breath control and vocal placement in a one-to-one environment. Exercises are used to strengthen and protect the voice and both popular and theater songs are rehearsed. Watch out, Beyonce! Our voice lesson students will one day "run the world!"
