My mom and her sister were separated November 1990 before the Somali war. After a lifetime of phone card calls, text, video chatting and FaceTime calls today they reunited in person. I have never been so happy in my life. 💕🥰

I convinced my mum to get a prayer mat for the cat cause he kept sitting on ours when we prayed, and he loves having his own lil mat now 😭❤

Like y’all don’t understand. This girl was near her breaking point. She thought she could trust this guy. She’s been alone at her hotel since Thursday. My friends and I are about to show her a bomb time so that her trip isn’t completely pointless.

An older black lady at my job that I’m cool with noticed my shoes were untied. She reached down and tied them. The she gave me a hug and kiss and said it’s ok baby. Trouble isn’t forever. Now I’m crying. She has no idea what’s going on with me.

So this week my 8 yr old brother kept asking for two of whatever we gave him for lunch for eg two sandwiches & what not. My mom didn’t think anything of it. So this afternoon a parent approached her and thanked her for sending lunch for her son while she was in the hospital 🥺
