But you can make it SEEM bigger, especially if you aren't currently reaching your full potential for some reason (like you have vascular problems due to smoking or high blood pressure). If you're not getting fully erect, pills like Viagra might make your erection longer and stronger, and losing some belly fat can make it APPEAR bigger (but it won’t actually BE bigger).
