Elizabeth Warren's Dog, Bailey, Swiped A Burrito And Refused To Let It Go

    Can you blame Bailey for loving burritos, though?

    As you already know, Sen. Elizabeth Warren ended her presidential campaign earlier today.

    And one person — or, rather, dog — who was by her side every step of the way was none other than her golden retriever, Bailey Warren.

    Bailey is no stranger to taking the spotlight. For example, just last September, he barged in during a CNN interview and asked to be pet like the good boy he is.

    He even had the honor of becoming a 25-foot-tall inflatable last year.

    Needless to say, it's been quite a long and exciting year for the pup. So long, in fact, that he felt he needed a burrito to commemorate it, so he found one nearby, swiped it, and refused to let go.

    The video was posted by Warren's press secretary, Gabrielle Farrell, and shows what appears to be a struggle to take the burrito from Bailey's dedicated grip.

    Needless to say, many on Twitter felt that Bailey (who has great taste) deserved every bite of that burrito.

    @FarrellGabriell GIVE BAILEY A BURRITO DAMN IT

    @FarrellGabriell EAT UR FEELINGS BAILEY WE R WITH U BOI!!!

    @FarrellGabriell Dream big, bite hard.

    @FarrellGabriell HE'S STRESS EATING, LEAVE HIM ALONE

    Some made a fair point about how a burrito probably isn't the best for this pooch's stomach.

    @DMyersinOK @FarrellGabriell Onions and garlic are toxic to dogs (though probably not in burrito-sized doses). Also, eating the foil would not be fun.

    But I say that Bailey now deserves a big, dog-friendly burrito all to himself! He's worked hard for it.
