People think you're extroverted because you're friendly and can be chatty in the right circumstances, but in truth, you overthink every interaction and constantly worry about saying or doing the wrong thing. After a social event, you're mentally exhausted and you lay awake at night going over every interaction in your head, wondering if you messed up and thinking about what you could have done differently. That's why you prefer to be on your own so you can avoid all of the stress.

You seem like an extrovert, but actually prefer to be alone.

How are both of these things possible at the same time?! I know, right? But that's you, all day long. You're so exhausted by the absolute stupidity that surrounds you and you KNOW you're better in a lot of ways, but that superiority complex masks some serious insecurities. I mean, NO ONE is harder on you than you.

You simultaneously think you're better than everyone else AND think everyone is better than you.

Most people gave up dreams of wild success after a few years in the real world, but not you. Deep down, you've always felt like you were supposed to make a big impact on the world. Not necessarily that you'd be famous, but that you'd change the world in some way and leave a major legacy. And yet, you have major self-doubt that leaves you feeling like you're never going to actually fulfill that purpose and that totally terrifies you.

You secretly feel like you're supposed to be wildly successful, but doubt it will ever happen.

Even when you're in what *should* be a comfort zone, you feel a compulsive need to shift your perspective. You need something to happen. You need to change where you are, what you're working on, what you're seeing. And yet, you actually crave comfort so you're constantly in conflict between wanting to feel safe and wanting to explore outside of the box.
