Adorable Girl With Down Syndrome Can’t Believe She Made The Cheerleading Team!

A video of a future North DeSoto Middle School cheerleader in Louisiana finding out she made the cheerleading team has grabbed the Internet by its heartstrings. Meet Lacey Parker pictured below in the white shirt — the star of that video. Becoming a cheerleader has been a big dream of hers for quite some time. In fact, her older sister is a cheerleader. Down syndrome is a label, it’s not who she is. She’s an amazing little girl who strives to do whatever she wants to do,” Renee Parker, Lacey’s mom, told the TV station. As you can see below, she is a super happy, active and excited little girl.
