Meet Jillette Johnson.
She's a singer/songwriter signed to Wind-Up Records. Her debut album, Water In A Whale, came out last year.
She's currently on tour with the AMAZING Mary Lambert.
She was nominated for an iHeart Radio Artist Of The Year award.
Her song "Cameron" has gained her lots of fame, with it's message supporting LGBTQ rights. The line "These days the world is full of aliens" could speak to anyone, though. It's an empowerment song. :)

Now, I could ramble on for ages about Jillette. She's an inspiration to myself, and I've had the pleasure of meeting her a couple times. She's a wonderful person with an amazing voice.
