A flurry of weather names - Ontarians are obsessed with the weather! In 2013, the Polar Vortex inspired 14 babies named Winter, and 93 named Summer.

Canadiana - We have a winner for the most Canadian name: Maple. Nine babies received that patriotic moniker this year. Other Canadian-inspirations included babies named Drake, Cedar, Crosby, Shania, and Avril.

TV titles - Some of the most popular names come from popular TV characters. "Sons of Anarchy" topped the list with 70 'Jax'es, 58 named Gemma and 48 named Abel. "Breaking Bad" wasn’t far behind with 104 Skylars, 87 Jesses and 18 Walters.
