Hello! My name is Olivia and I am a horrible baker. It's a pretty sad state of affairs, seeing as my family not only loves baking, but they're all quite good at it, too.
In fact, I've kind of despised baking my whole life.
Recently, I started watching Tasty videos here on BuzzFeed. They make both cooking and baking look so simple. I got hella cocky after watching a few videos, and figured I could do it, too.
I decided to make this delicious-looking Nutella soufflé. Admittedly, things got a little messy...
But I didn't let that faze me. I wanted to prove to my family that I could make a successful dessert on my own.

It was my FIRST time using a handheld mixer, and I didn't break it or ruin the kitchen or anything.
And you know what? I actually finished a dessert that Tasty-ed good!
I honestly could not have done it without Tasty. The video that accompanied the recipe helped to make sure I didn't screw up the family dessert.
