    14 Activities To Do If You're Having A Bad Day

    Because we all have them.

    1. Go for a casual stroll.

    2. Remind yourself why you're important to you and those around you.

    3. Listen to some inspirational music.

    4. FaceTime your best friend who lives WAY too far away.

    5. Have a dance party all by yourself.

    6. Eat your favorite dessert until you fall asleep.

    7. Watch your favorite movie.

    8. Look up motivation quotes from your idol.

    9. Do this:

    was feeling ugly tonight so i went through my selfies & sent them to my friend & complimented myself. 10/10 would recommend definitely works

    10. Call your sibling and use them as a free therapist.

    11. Take a "relaxing" shower.

    12. Color in an adult coloring book, or a kid's coloring book if that's what you prefer.

    13. Go out to your favorite restaurant and order your favorite item on the menu.

    And even if you don't want to...

    14. Just let yourself cry.
