My dad and I went to Yosemite a few years back. About three miles in, we get caught in a crazy (and unpredicted) lightning storm. We should have just turned back, but we didn't. I get migranes triggered by changes in atmospheric pressure, so I, of course, got the most horrible migrane…Â
cold, dripping rag on forehead covering eyes (put a bowl of water next to you and redip the rag every 10 minutes or so. Put a towel under your head so you don't get your pillow wet. Listen to audiobooks to distract you enough to be able to begin falling asleep
