My husband and I did this too. He also didn't ask for my Dad's "permission" -- my Mum was pretty upset about it, and my then-fiance explained it was "either ask your Dad for permission or have you kill me." My Dad agreed. :D

My husband once thought pressure from inside the shower was causing the door on the stall to pop open. I knew the truth. 6 months later he found our cat opening the shower door for a sip. My childhood cat did it too. My mum thought the temperature/taste made it different.

I always felt that Dan treated women worse than Chuck or Nate. You'd know what you would get with Chuck or Nate but Dan was a slimy liar. A "nice guy" if you will, who felt entitled to sleep with women simply because he "wasn't one of them".

He was such a self-involved brat. No empathy!

'Everybody Loves Raymond' is just the most depressing show. I once had a boss tell me, "That's what real life is like, it's that miserable, I love that show." After that I made a commitment to never live like that!
