When the person you like doesn't like you back, or when you really like the wrong person it is completely devastating. I am so sorry you had to go through this.
You have every right to scream and cry, and even throw a tantrum- but just know that the person who put you in this much pain isn't worth it- but YOU are.

If someone did something that upset you then you are absolutely allowed to be angry. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO YELL AND SCREAM AND PUNCH PILLOWS!! It is not fair that someone made you so angry.

Take a shower. Watch a funny video (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPY4yOmNw7w), draw something, write about how it makes you feel to relax. 
Remember that you deserve this relaxation- you work SO hard.

You deserve to relax.
