Earlier this week, Ryan Dempster pegged A-Rod with a pitch. Which is hardly news: everyone's a little pissed at A-Rod these days, and it's the 21st time a Red Sox player has beamed him. But, the reason this shot is making news is because of how he did it. It turns out, there's a polite and an impolite way of hurling a baseball at someone's head.
