Surfers Take On Way Harsh Waves In Hawaii As Tropical Depression Flossie Hits

    Surfers rushed to the Hawaiian shorelines on Monday to grab massive waves as Tropical Depression Flossie hit the islands. Though downgraded from a tropical storm, the torrential downpours still caused flooding, electrical outages and dangerous surf conditions. Forecasters expect the storm to pass completely by Tuesday night.
