Shanghai Finishes Second Tallest Building In The World

    The 121-story building is the highest in China and only second in the world, behind a tower in Dubai. It stands 2,073 feet in the center of Pudong, Shanghai's business district. The building was designed by American architectural firm Gensler, and has a remarkably transparent steel-and-glass design.
