Refugee Crisis: Syrian War Drives Massive Spike In Number Of Global Displaced

    A new UN report says that every 4.1 seconds - about as often as you blink - a new person becomes a refugee. In 2012, the number of displaced people topped 45 million, numbers not seen in nearly 2 decades. The Syrian War is responsible for the spike.
