Obama: Russia Slipped Into Cold War Mentality Granting NSA Leaker Asylum

At his appearance on the Tonight Show on Tuesday, Obama acknowledged that Russia and the U.S. lack an extradition treaty. Still, he said he hoped they would have worked closer with the government on dealing with the NSA whistleblower rather than granting him asylum.
