Obama On Snowden In Russia: There's No Treaty But Hopefully They'll Send Him Back

    Obama acknowledged that the U.S. does not have an extradition agreement with Russia on Monday at a speech in Tanzania where he was questioned on his response to the NSA leaker hiding out in Moscow. The President kept his wording vague saying that he's been in high level discussions with the Russians and hopes that they'll follow normal law enforcement procedures.
