Obama: "As Long As We Live In A World With Nuclear Weapons, We Are Not Safe"

    The President called for reducing the US's deployed nuclear stockpiles by up for a third in a speech Wednesday. Obama spoke at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, the historic site of 2 major presidential addresses: Kennedy's 1963 "Ich Bin Ein Berliner" and Reagan's "Tear Down This Wall" speech in 1987.
