New Supermarket Wants To Sell Only Expired Food

A new project proposed by former Trader Joe's president, Doug Rauch, is based on two facts -- Americans waste about 40 percent of their food and people often misinterpret food labels. Rauch is set to open a market called Daily Table that's stocked with edible goods that are just past their sell-by-date.
