NASA Needs Your Help Saving Us From Asteroid Destruction

The space agency wants to identify asteroids and figure out how to keep them from crashing into Earth -- and they need your help. NASA put forth a new request for ideas on how to redirect asteroids that might crash into earth. Should we glad they're looking for help, or terrified that the fate of the world's being decided like American Idol?
