More Americans Are Quitting Their Jobs -- And That's A Good Thing

A Labor Department study released Tuesday said that the rate at which people quit their jobs in April was one of the highest in 4 years -- and that's a great thing. It shows a new confidence from American employees that they feel comfortable leaving one job because they'll be able to find another.
