Britain Will Do Anything To Stop Kelly Clarkson From Buying Jane Austen's Ring

    Kelly Clarkson bought Jane Austen's ring at an auction last year and the British government isn't too happy about it. They claim the turquoise and gold bauble is a rare cultural piece that should remain within the author's country of origin. They have temporarily halted the jewelry from being exported and hope that a Brit will pay the 150,000 pounds ($228,000) it's worth.
