Bloomberg To Foreign Students: 'We Should Be Begging You To Stay In The US'

    The New York City Mayor gave the commencement address at Stanford University on Sunday, and used the opportunity to call for immigration reform. Pointing out that 30% of the graduating class are from abroad, he said that educating them and then sending them home is "the most backward economic policy" you could come up with.
