On Monday night, Chris Perez, Selena Quintanilla's widower, decided to "grab a bottle of wine" and watch Selena for the first time since the film's premiere in 1997.
On top of this, he decided to live-blog his experience on Facebook.
From what we can tell, he certainly liked the "bustier" scene.
The “ANYTHING FOR SELENAS” scene was actually based on a true event, that happened before he joined the band.
And then when Jon Seda appeared on screen...
...he was happy!
He commented on how much Selena actually loved pizza... and how they said "I love yous" at a pizza place.
He talked about the time he got busted "dancing" with Selena on the bus.
He agreed with Marcela's assessment of him.
He touched on the time he trashed that hotel room in Hollywood.
He dropped some interesting tidbits, like the fact that they were already married when they played that crazy concert in Mexico.
And much more insane than depicted on screen.
Aaaaaaaaand then he left us hanging before he could get to the end.
In all fairness, we don't blame him.
