Pretty much everyone has struggled with their body image at one point or another.
Which isn't surprising, since people and businesses are constantly telling us our bodies aren't enough.
But some of us have been lucky enough to learn, through sources of information that don't profit off making us feel inadequate, that we are enough. Like by reading a great book...
