    Everyone Is Weeping Over "Unsaid Emily" From "Julie And The Phantoms," And Here's Why

    Alright, let's get right to it: I somehow managed to watch all of Season 1 of Julie and the Phantoms in one day and I absolutely loved it.

    What I thought was going to be just a fun teen TV show turned out to be one of the most heartfelt shows I've watched this year.

    In case you don't know, Julie and the Phantoms follows Julie, who lost her passion for music after her mother's death. Just when she's struggling to find her voice again, the ghosts of Sunset Curve — a '90s band whose members mysteriously died before their big break — show up in her mom's old music studio and help get Julie out of her funk. As their friendship grows, they start the band Julie and the Phantoms. The series was also executive produced by Kenny Ortega, who also directed a few episodes.

    And while the show has a ton of incredible moments, nothing could've prepared me for "Unsaid Emily."

    During Season 1, we learn that Luke and his parents had a massive falling out right before he died and he never got the chance to make up with them.

    So, in Episode 8, Julie decides to visit Luke's parents and deliver a song Luke wrote for his mom, Emily.

    Luke ends up singing "Unsaid Emily" as we see the last moment he saw his mom before leaving, and the heartbreaking moment his parents found out he died.

    Basically, in just four minutes, this show made me uncontrollably sob over this adorable ghost boy.
