New York Picture Company was founded by three Boston College graduates, Matt Cullinan, Jim Fagan, and Zach Bubolo in May 2012. After graduation they parted ways and explored different paths in the entertainment industry. They reconnected to produce work that would fulfill their penchant for offbeat humor, while also creating a profitable new venture. NYPC began with Matt, Jim, and Zach handling all aspects of writing, filming, editing, and acting. While they continue to be the featured writers, directors, editors, and actors in their projects, they have also built a team of accomplished young media professionals who have expanded their work with more experience and greater experience. In addition to original comedic work, NYPC focuses on branded content. They have been commissioned by Anheuser-Busch®, DAILIES®, and Prevacid® to create spec commercials and sold a commercial to Frito-Lay® as part of their campaign to relaunch LAYS® Wavy. They have created prize-winning commercials and branded short films by staying true to the goals of the brand and their own comedic voice. After launching NYPCSS they plan to continue to create original pilots through NYPC: Pilot Program and deliver branded web series for clients.
