Sometimes it takes a little *oomph* to become your most authentic self, be it makeup, clothes, or even a new sex toy.

Let's be real: A lot of sex toys are gendered or marketed with gender-specific language, which sucks because we know gender isn't real and biology doesn't equal gender. It can be hard to get out of the his/her mindset, but at BuzzFeed Shopping, we're trying to be different, as in hella inclusive and making sure all bodies are represented with the sex toys we round up and recommend for you.

That being said — there is a lack of gender-affirming pleasure products specifically made and/or designed for transwomen. I've included a few toys with reviews from transwomen and also some that can be used by people who are Intersex and/or AMAB. TL;DR: The lack of available products for transwomen is disheartening and unacceptable, as transwomen deserve to be represented and have more options included in roundups like this one.

We hope that this is only one of many LGBTQ+ specific sex toy posts to come in the future, and that this helps prompt the creation of more products designed specifically for trans people and their pleasure in the future.
