    Obesity In Pets

    Every year within the UK the amount of pets which are obese is rising, it is roughly estimated that around 20% to 25% of cats are over-weight and about 30% to 35% of dogs are obese. Obese is where an animal’s weight is a lot higher than the ideal body weight with too much excess fat which wouldn’t happen in the wild alone and is a pet owners responsibility to feed the right amount of food while maintaining enough of exercise to avoid your pets becoming obese. So within this post I’ll be explaining some of the health concerns for your pet being obese.
