Smart buys for your bathrooms, kitchen, closets, and so much more.
You simply fill your container with warm water, add a tablet or two, wait half an hour, then rinse. Reviewers say it works best on metal or ceramic (not so much on plastic).
Promising review: "Be sure to use hot water; it seems to do a lot better job. The first time I used these on a Contigo travel mug I used room-temp water, and it just came out okay. For the next travel mug I used boiling water and the results were terrific. It looks new again. Then I used two cubes (and boiling water) in a large old pressure cooker that had become brown inside from years of making vegetable soups, and I'm amazed how clean it came out. That pressure cooker stain persisted throughout dozens of scrubbing sessions and dishwasher runs, so I figured the Bottle Bright wouldn't help either but it did." —MisterPlow

Promising review: "These seem to work very well. Other brands had comments about them not sticking well so I went with this brand and am very happy with them. I am using them on my desk at work as well as on the back of my night table at home to keep my charger cords from slipping behind the furniture. Sure works better than Scotch taping the cords to my desk." —bigmag

You could use the included magnets or foam strips (or substitute in a removable adhesive Command Strip) to attach it to your dishwasher — all good options to have, especially if you're concerned about magnets scratching your stainless.
Promising review: "I really should have purchased this sooner. One day my mother-in-law put away the dishes up in my cabinets a full load that was dirty just hand rinsed. (My husband rinses really well) but still. Yuck! Had to take all the dishes out of the cabinets and rewash them. Because Amazon has all things I knew there would be a solution so I started searching and found this. I have waited a while to write a review to say that it really does hold up well." —Jason

One of our editors owns and swears by this knife sharpener!
Promising review: "At first, I didn't think it worked too well. But then I watched their YouTube video and realized that you may have to pull the knife through the sharpener up to 10 times to get it sharp. (I was initially only pulling it through a couple times.) After pulling through the knives about 5 times, the knives did indeed get very sharp. For my knives, I pulled them through the "coarse" side 5-6 times, then through the "fine" side about 4 times. Seemed to work well for me.
Another tip: set the sharpener on the edge of the counter at a 45 degree angle. (That's apparently what the v-shaped groove is for on the bottom of the sharpener.) When the sharpener is on the edge, you can pull the knives straight through and down without worrying about hitting the countertop and scratching it or breaking the tip off your knife." —Jack

Although this won't solve your problem if your disposal's clogged — for that, you might want to call your plumber!
Promising review: "It seems counterintuitive to put a little packet down your garbage disposal to clean it, but this does actually seem to work, at least for getting out weird smells that baking soda and vinegar don't really touch. I scrub the sink down first, especially around the garbage disposal area, rinse it down, and then just follow the directions on the package. I have used it with single, large-size sinks and with double sinks — only difference is that the double sink will have blue cleaning foam rise up the drain, which you rinse away when the disposal sounds clear again." —KS

Promising reviews: "Yes, you can clean your dishwasher without utilizing a pre-packaged cleaner. Call me lazy. This was simple to use, smelled good, and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the dishwasher after the recommended cleaning cycle. This product actually did what it advertises that it will do! Great results, fairly economical — and by the way — it works!" —Old Southern Charm
"Started getting white streaks all over my dishes. That never happened before. Thought it was my detergent and changed it, but no difference. Clean dishes with this weird white film on them. Wash them by hand, then put them back in the dishwasher, and white film again! Then I did an internet search to figure out what was going on (a dishwasher is an incredibly simple piece of machinery.) Found this! Bought it. Used it. Dishes are clean again!" —Carey Holzman

Promising review: "Very good sponge holder. Husband hates things on the counter and I hate stinky sponges. I didn’t want to fight with stupid suction cups and looked for something else. Honestly I thought I was going to hate this but I love it. The thing is moldable so you can bend it to fit the drop of the counter to sink. It doesn’t just lay awkwardly out. Worth the money." —T

Although some reviewers say they just leave it overnight so it has the maximum amount of time to work.
Promising review: "Simply UNBELIEVABLE. Fume-free and no gloves needed, but dissolves ANYTHING cooked on! Had not cleaned my oven EVER. Simply sprayed on, left overnight, and wiped off with paper towels. Do not have to dread cleaning oven ever again! Can use for everyday spot cleaning with only have to let sit for couple hours for minor things. Used on broiler pan that would not scrub clean with even steel wool, no need to scrub ever again now! Crockpot leaked over bowl and burned on inside heating chamber; just sprayed and wiped off in the morning. Plan on using to clean grill in spring and am sure it will make it a breeze." —Andrew J.

Promising review: "Fantastic product. I'm able to get every drop out of my very expensive face cream. Works on bottles, jars, etc. Only wish I would have bought this product years ago. Oh the money I could have saved. Clean with soap and water after use and store in rubber-end up, and I think you will get your money's worth out it. Already bought more as gifts." —HMSK

It's made of silicone, which makes it incredibly easy to clean — gunk will just slide right off. (BTW, if you're wondering, a reviewer took that second pic after bathing their chocolate lab!)
Promising review: "After tossing away quite a few cheap-o drain protectors that became dingy over time no matter how I soaked and scrubbed them, I decided to splurge on this OXO silicone drain protector. I've been very impressed! It's tall enough to fit easily over my pop-up drain and (even without suction cups) the weighted top keeps it in place — even with my faucet running almost directly on it. I have medium-length hair and seem to shed almost as much as my cat, but the drain protector catches it all and is easily removed and tossed away. Best of all, in my case, the silicone hasn't held onto mildew or mold — I have been able to spray and wipe away any grime with very little effort. It looks like this drain protector will last a very long time. This has been a very worthy purchase for the few dollars more!" —Suneimi

Things could get a little gross, but the 1,476 positive reviews don't lie: your problem will. be. solved.
Promising review: "Looks cheap (is cheap) but is effective. I had a few inches of standing water in my tub for 2 days when I got this thing. Cleared it in moments, I did not save it because it was difficult to clean off and inexpensive enough that I'd just as soon buy another when the need arises. It's very nice to have a viable, non-chemical means of clearing hair clogs. (More reliably effective too.) Don't waste money on chemicals — this + three minutes of effort and you're done. Do wear gloves, and keep a plastic bag handy for pulling the hair off the gizmo." —pissedfemale

Promising review: "Like a hot knife through butter for built up hard water stains on my glass shower doors. I've tried everything and this stuff worked in two minutes. Made me a little embarrassed it took so long to find something so effective. I haven't tried it on anything else yet but I guarantee I'll be reordering just to have extra. Promising review: "I keep my hair dryer, straightener, two curling irons, hair spray, dry shampoo, two lotions, and two other hair products on this. It just fits so much. It only requires about six inches of the interior of the cabinet to be cleared to make room for when the cabinet door is shut. I'm so happy with this." —Poe

Promising reviews: "Life-altering. I will never fight with a pump bottle again. As soon as it gets difficult to pump anything out of any bottle, I will waste no time in "flipping it." I'm so glad someone created this. Upside-down bottles are such a small annoyance in life, but this simple solution really means a lot. 100% worth the price." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "My husband loves baths and I purchased this mainly for him because he's a big person and every little bit of extra water depth he can get is wonderful. You can really get an extra two to three inches. The suction cups fit easily on the tub and you don't have to use much pressure at all. They stick as soon as you push a little and you can even hear a little "click" sound as you push each one, telling you it's sealed. Our cover never "floats off" or comes off the tub until we take it off, and when we do, it is easily removed. All in all, a great purchase!" —artsqueenbee

Promising review: "I got more excited about this find than is probably normal! This product is AMAZING! Everyone should own one. I've been using a Swiffer duster to clean my blinds. I have to clean one side, then the other, and there is STILL always dust left behind. This product is a game changer. You can clean both sides of two blinds at once and grip them firmly to get ALL the dust off. Plus, it comes with 5 covers, so no matter how dirty your blinds are you should still be able to finish the whole house! I also love that you can wash the covers, so there is no money wasted on refills." —Sarah

Promising review: "This stuff is absolutely AMAZING. My wife and I were getting tired of looking at our worn out cabinets and wood paneling and were very close to paying a professional thousands of dollars to refinish it all, but then we came across this product. Our paneling and cabinets were looking rough. We have two dogs that jumped up and scratched places, we also had an area that was damaged by water spots where our dog bowls were, and several other areas that were just worn from heavy traffic. This stuff was like a magic eraser for water spots, scratches, scuffs, and any other blemish. We simply wiped the product on with a paper towel and let is sit for 20 minutes before wiping it off with a clean towel. Everything looks brand new. I'm buying a couple more so we can finish our cabinets and wood paneling. We're so glad we found this product." —Kris

Promising review: "I have a pair of black leather flats that stank so badly my husband would yell if I took them off anywhere near him. But I love the shoes!!! So I had to find something to make the stench go away. Mini Moso was the answer. I honestly couldn’t believe it. A few days after placing them in my prized off shoes I took a whiff from about a foot away. Nothing. I got closer. Nothing. I stuck my nose practically in the shoe. Ok, maybe that’s pushing things, but I’ve got to tell you that 95% of the broken-in leather grossness was gone. So happy!!!" —Erin

Promising review: "Amazing product. I am an architect. I hate a messed up bed. I bought these clips. Did I say Amazing?
I CAN'T SAY HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO READ THE REVIEW FROM THE PERSON WHO DESCRIBES THE BEST WAY TO PUT ON THE CLIPS. (By flipping the fitted corners of the sheet up onto the top of the bed surface, applying the clips there, and THEN pulling everything back under the mattress. As opposed to all of the other reviewers who complain about how difficult it is to fasten the clips on while lifting up the corner of the mattress!) Once the clips are on, flip the fitted corner back down over the mattress and look at the great result. All of the excess fabric vanishes completely. I was expecting some kind of big pucker even while the sheets stayed in place, but there was nothing but tight, smooth fabric." —Steven P. Gray

Promising review: "Perfect!! It comes with screws and anchors, but I hung it up with Command Strips to avoid holes in the wall of our rental — it stays up great. It's like one inch shorter than some of the ads we get in the mail, but hey it's all paper. It bends to fit!
We hang our keys on it, I hang my wristlet, and my boyfriend hangs his back scratcher :P We also put our sunglasses in with the mail so we can grab those on our way out too." —FishyBirdMLS

Promising review: "I have had this for a few months now. I don’t think I’ve missed any medicine since I started using it. I am on 10 different meds which I take several times a day. This is perfect. I love that I can put the day in my purse or pocket and I am set for the day. As a side note when you pull out your new pill pod you know what day it is. Lol. I keep the tower in our medicine chest, and if home just leave the day I am using on top of the tower. Mom saw mine and ordered one. Everyone who I’ve shown it to is sold. It’s a great product." —Karen R. Starken
